Exposcale Accelerator
Terms of Business
_Version 2026-08-07.pre-counsel.1. These terms are published ahead of legal review; the version you accepted is stored with your account and shown here._
1. What this is
Exposcale Accelerator (the "programme") is an online business-education and coaching programme operated by the selling entity named at checkout and on your invoice (the "operator", "we"). It combines a video curriculum, downloadable resources, a member community, and — depending on the tier you purchased — group or one-to-one coaching calls.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. The programme teaches business skills and is intended for business purposes; you are responsible for deciding whether it suits your situation.
3. Your account and access period
Access is personal to you. Do not share your login or resell access; we may suspend accounts that do. Every offer states its access period at checkout and that period is part of the contract — when it ends, access ends unless you renew. What a tier includes is listed on its checkout page; that list is the promise, and nothing outside it is.
4. Payment
Prices are stated per payment method at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; bank-transfer purchases are payable to the account stated in the transfer instructions and access begins when the transfer settles. For instalment and subscription plans, the schedule shown at checkout is binding on both sides. If a payment fails we will tell you and retry before access is affected.
5. No earnings claims
We teach; we do not promise outcomes. Any figures shown in the programme or posted by members are individual results, not a projection of yours. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice. Your business decisions and their results are yours.
6. The community
The community is part of the product and has rules: no harassment, no spam, no soliciting members, no posting content you do not have the right to post, and no unverified income claims presented as typical. Member posts about results are reviewed before publication. We may hide content or suspend posting rights of an account that breaks these rules — a posting suspension never removes access to the paid curriculum.
7. Calls, recording and AI
Coaching calls may be recorded and transcribed only where every participant in that call has agreed, as asked before each call. Declining is always available and means the call is simply not recorded. Recordings and transcripts, where they exist, are used as described in the privacy policy — including processing by AI to produce summaries and suggested action items for you and your coach. [REVIEW: all-party consent language]
8. Your content and ours
The curriculum, workbooks and materials are ours or licensed to us; you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the programme for your own business. You keep ownership of what you post; you grant us a licence to display it inside the programme so the community can function.
9. Ending the contract
You may cancel a recurring plan at any time, effective at the end of the paid period; the billing page and support@exposcale.io both accept a cancellation, and cancelling never requires a phone call. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix it after being told; where we do so without cause, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.
10. Liability
We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for anything that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability is limited to what you paid for the programme in the twelve months before the event. We are not liable for your business results — see §5.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the selling entity named on your invoice is organised, without displacing consumer protections that apply where you live. Talk to us first: most problems are solved at support@exposcale.io faster than anywhere else. [REVIEW: forum clause]
